Conceived as a natural extension of the sea, El Muelle is La Rosa Náutica's outdoor dining proposal.
Created by Pedro Miguel Schiaffino and developed with Enomoto Masaki, this concept revolves around fresh produce and cuisine that finds its greatest strength in simplicity. Here, seasonal species, raw dishes, seafood, and the catch of the day are at the center of the experience, allowing each ingredient to express its flavor, texture, and identity with the least possible intervention.

The marine bar is the heart of the space.
A place where fresh products arriving daily are showcased, bringing the customer closer to the dishes on offer, and from which a proposal emerges that changes according to the season, availability, and what the sea offers at any given moment. A dynamic cuisine that revalues species, techniques, and consumption methods, allowing for a better understanding of the richness of the Peruvian coast.

Inspired by Japanese techniques and respect for the product, El Muelle offers clean flavors, balance, and precision.
The experience is complemented by a selection of wines, cocktails, and a more relaxed and social atmosphere. An ideal space to share with friends, celebrate, or simply enjoy an afternoon facing the sea as day turns into dusk.
