Shipping Policy
Products purchased through La Rosa Náutica's store, linked to the Receteando el Mar project, are managed by our team in coordination with courier services to ensure proper delivery.
Currently, shipments are exclusively made within Metropolitan Lima. The shipping cost is additional to the product value and varies depending on the delivery district, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed and prepared within an estimated period of 1 to 2 business days from the confirmation of purchase. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and the availability of the courier service.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive the corresponding information for tracking their delivery, where applicable.
Additionally, customers can opt to pick up their order at the restaurant, upon prior coordination with our team.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct delivery information. La Rosa Náutica is not responsible for delays, losses, or inconveniences arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
Once the product has been shipped, no exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted.
