Return and Exchange Policy
At La Rosa Náutica, the products available in our store are merchandising items developed as part of the project and its proposal. Due to the nature of these products, no exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted once a purchase has been made.
It is recommended to carefully review the descriptions, materials, measurements, and characteristics of each product before completing a purchase. In the event that the product has manufacturing defects or there has been an error in dispatch (incorrect or incomplete product), the customer must contact our team within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, attaching photographic evidence.
Each case will be evaluated individually and, if applicable, the product may be replaced or another equivalent solution may be arranged.
Exchanges or returns are not applicable for reasons of personal preference, minor variations in color or perception, or improper use of the product.
Currently, shipments are made within Metropolitan Lima. Shipping costs vary by district and will be indicated at the time of purchase. Additionally, customers have the option to pick up their order directly at the restaurant, by prior arrangement.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within an estimated period of 1 to 2 business days from the confirmation of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability of the courier service.
The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by third parties once the order has been handed over to the shipping service.
