Since 1983, La Rosa Náutica has welcomed its visitors above the sea in a unique space in Lima. Throughout the restaurant, four rooms offer different ways to experience it with a unique personality: the emblematic piano in the Main Hall, the intimacy of the Dome, the open views of El Mirador, and the classic elegance of the Hall of Mirrors are all part of an experience where architecture, gastronomy, and the sea meet in one place.
The culinary proposal, led by Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, finds its main source of inspiration in the sea. The work begins with the daily selection of the best products from the coast, incorporating seasonal species and a catch of the day that reflects what the sea offers at any given time.
The experience unfolds through two menus that accompany the different moments of the restaurant.
During the day, a menu designed for lunch, where La Rosa Náutica classics coexist with creations that highlight the freshness of the product. At night, a menu that invites you to discover a broader expression of contemporary seafood cuisine, in an ambiance that transforms the restaurant experience.
